移り変わる時代にどう対応するか

第一世代: PC98シリーズを使用し、フロッピー管理（5インチ）によるデータ入力。原票は紙のみ、郵送によるデータ受け渡し（MT等）
第二世代: WindowsPC98シリーズを使用し、フロッピー管理（3.5インチ）によるデータ入力。原票は紙のみ、郵送によるデータ受け渡し。
第三世代: エントレックスを導入してのデータ入力スタート。原票はイメージが登場。インターネット回線によるデータ受け渡しも可能となる。
第四世代: Windowsシリーズのバージョンアップに対応させたデータ入力。カラーイメージが登場。デジタル回線によるデータ受け渡しが主となる。
将来: 入力方式や環境（人・マシン）の変化に対応する。（AIOCR・音声入力・ビッグデータ　等）
